Supported Axis IP cameras can be used to record video in FTR Reporter and FTR Interrogator.

- Axis P3346. Firmware Version - 5.20
- Axis P3304. Firmware Version - 5.20
- Axis M3014. Firmware Version - 5.21
- Download the AXIS Camera Management utility.
- Connect your IP camera to your network.
- Launch AXIS Camera Management utility. This utility scans for and detects all IP cameras on your network. Identify the IP address of the IP camera that you want to set up.
- Open a web browser and enter the IP of the camera into the address bar e.g. http://10.2.0.10
- In the web browser, click Setup (usually at the top right).
- If prompted for a user name and password, enter appropriate details and click OK.
- Open the Video and Audio page.
- If the camera supports more than one Capture mode then select a mode that meets the following constraints:
Resolution at least 640x480
Aspect ratio at 4:3 (includes resolutions 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1600x1200)
Capture rate at 30fps
Note: The "capture mode" is not necessarily the resolution that will be recorded. It is simply the mode that the camera lens hardware system runs in. The following example is a screenshot from the Axis P3346 IP camera.
- Enable anonymous user login - usually under System Options > Security > Users.
- It is also recommended that you assign a static IP address - usually under Basic Setup > TCP/IP.
- In the Axis Camera Management Utility, click Refresh to see the new IP address take effect.
- Enable ONVIV - usually under System Options > Advanced > Plain Config
Select WebService from the pull down menu
Click the Select group button
Check the Enable Web Services checkbox
Click the Save button
